Terms and Conditions for DJ Audition Event

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the DJ Audition Event. By entering, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
1. Eligibility
– Entry is open to DJs of all skill levels, ages 18 and older.
– Participants must register and complete all required submission steps by the deadline of February 10.
2. Audition Registration and Entry Fee
– An entry fee of £19.99 is required to enter the audition event.
– Entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of participation or outcome.
– Registration and payment must be completed through the official event platform by February 10.
3. Submission Guidelines
– DJs must submit a sample mix showcasing their unique style. Mixes should be a minimum of 10 minutes in length.
– Mixes must be submitted as a link (e.g., SoundCloud, Mixcloud) or as a direct upload if required on the submission form.
– Entrants are responsible for ensuring all content in their submissions is original or appropriately licensed. Unauthorised samples, tracks, or content may lead to disqualification.
4. Prizes
– Prizes include the Basic DJ Package, Club DJ Package, and Artist DJ Package, as outlined on the event page.
– Winners will be notified within two weeks after the audition closes.
– Winners agree to participate in post-event promotion, including interviews, social media features, and testimonials, as part of their prize package.
5. Intellectual Property
– By entering, you grant the event organizers permission to use submitted mixes, profiles, and other media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to event highlights, social media posts, and promotional videos.
– Any original content submitted remains the property of the entrant, but the event organisers reserve the right to feature or share the work with proper credit.
6. Liability
– The event organizers are not responsible for technical issues, server failures, or third-party platform issues that may affect entry submissions.
– The event organisers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur as a result of participating in this event.
7.Agreement to Terms
– By registering and submitting your mix, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
– Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification, at the discretion of the event organizers.
Modifications and Updates
– The event organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the event page, and entrants will be notified of any major changes.
